The Renter Agrees:
1. That the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire.
2. That the rented vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers other than in the interior of cab of the vehicle.
3. That the rented vehicle shall note be used to carry passenger in excess of the capacity thereof.
4.  Not to use the vehicle to push, propel or tow another vehicle, trailer or any other thing without the written

permission of the owner.
5. Not to use the vehicle for any race or competition.
6. Not to use the vehicle for any illegal purpose.
7. Not to operate the vehicle in a negligent manner.
8. Not to permit the vehicle to be operated by any other person without the written permission of the company,

Should the vehicle be found operating by any unauthorized person the renter shall be fully responsible for all damage

or lost arise from this breach and will be charged 50% of the total rental cost for breach of contract.
9. Not to carry passengers, property or material in excess of the rated weight carrying capacity of the vehicle.
10. Please note to cancel a contract will attract 35% cancellation fee of rental cost, if renter should reserved a

vehicle and should not show up on that day or change within 24 hours will attract a 50% No show fee.
